NOTICE OF MEETINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Equalization of Otoe County, Nebraska, will conduct meetings in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Otoe County Courthouse (located near the east entrance of the lower level) to review and act upon valuation protests.  The Board will meet with taxpayers by appointment only.  All appointments may be made with the County Clerk. An agenda for such meetings is kept continuously current, and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk at the Courthouse. Dates and times are subject to change contingent upon the number of protests to be heard and the Board’s desire to accommodate the taxpayer. All meetings will be open to the public.

          12:00 p.m. – Recess for lunch

            1:30 p.m. – Reconvene to conduct valuation protest hearings

            4:30 p.m. – Recess for dinner

            6:00 p.m. – Reconvene to conduct valuation protest hearings

            Take care of other business matters that may come before the Board when time allows
