NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that Otoe County has established Satellite Polling Sites open to all registered voters of Otoe County, Nebraska, as an alternative method for those who wish to vote an early ballot.

A site located in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 495 Midland St, Syracuse, Nebraska, will be open for voting on:

Thursday, October 14, 2010 – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 20, 2010 – 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 23, 2010 – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Monday, October 25, 2010 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A site located in the Activities Center in the Village of Palmyra at 425 C St, Palmyra, Nebraska, will be open for voting on:

Saturday, October 16, 2010 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 19, 2010 – 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

As before, voters may vote in person at the County Clerk’s Office located in the Courthouse, Nebraska City, Nebraska, beginning September 27, 2010 through November 1, 2010 during regular business hours – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Voters may request that a ballot be mailed to them by submitting a written request to the County Clerk, PO Box 249, Nebraska City, Nebraska 68410 or faxing a request to (402) 873-9506 by October 27, 2010. In addition, an agent may pick up and/or return ballots for a voter.
